If you message us out of hours via WhatsApp, you'll get an acknowledgement and a confirmed callback window for the next morning.

We deliver across Pulau Pinang, Kedah, Perlis, and northern Perak. For sites further afield we'll quote freight transparently rather than turn the order down.

Before scheduling, we confirm site access — kerb height, gate width, turn radius, crane or forklift availability — so the truck doesn't show up to a job it can't reach.

It depends on the product. For coil and sheet, we sell from a single bundle upward; for structural sections and bar, from a single 6-metre length. Mesh and roofing sheet are sold per panel.

If you only need a small quantity for a one-off job, just say so when you enquire — we'll tell you whether it's stocked at that quantity, and quote accordingly.

For first orders, we typically work on cash terms or bank transfer on confirmation. Once we have a working relationship, account terms can be discussed — usual practice in the trade.

For tender work and main contractors, we're set up to invoice through normal procurement processes.

Yes — coil and sheet can be cut to length, and structural sections cut to specified lengths. For more complex fabrication (drilling, beveling, welding), we work with trusted partner fabricators and can quote the combined package.
